Napoli are heading to the San Siro on Sunday to take on AC Milan in another crucial Serie A matchup. It's a must-win game for Rafa Benitez and his squad (even moreso than most), and fortunately for him, there are no surprises lurking in the shadows in terms of player availability this weekend.

Besides the usual injury absences (Insigne, Michu, and Zuniga), nearly the full squad is available and ready to go. Except Josip Radosevic for some reason, who has again been left out of the squad despite there being room for him because Rafa almost never names a full 23 man squad.

Also missing is Christian Maggio, who picked up his fourth yellow card of the season against Empoli last weekend and is suspended as a result. Who fills his shoes is a bit of a question at the moment; Henrique Buss has typically been the one tapped as the backup right back this season, but it was Giandomenico Mesto who came on when Maggio pushed up to the right wing on Thursday against Slovan.

Gonzalo Higuain is a lock to start after sitting the bench midweek, but who starts in the attacking midfield band behind him is a mystery. Jose Callejon really needs a rest, but this is a big match that needs his skills, so it's doubtful he sits. Besides, who else would play on the right wing?

Ditto goes for both Marek Hamsik and Dries Mertens, but both also suffer from "who else could play" syndrome thanks to Napoli's run of injuries in attack. Jonathan De Guzman could take one of their spots, but even as good as he's been lately, he can't play in two positions at once.

The full 19 man squad available for the match is listed below:

Goalkeepers: Rafael Cabral, Mariano Andujar, Roberto Colombo

Defenders: Giandomenico Mesto, Henrique Buss, Kalidou Koulibaly, Miguel Britos, Raul Albiol, Faouzi Ghoulam

Midfielders: Jorginho, Walter Gargano, Gokhan Inler, David Lopez, Jonathan De Guzman, Dries Mertens, Marek Hamsik

Forwards: Jose Callejon, Gonzalo Higuain, Duvan Zapata
