Napoli are rocking a surprisingly strong lineups as Rafa Benitez is apparently putting the full weight of importance on winning this match. Which is probably a good thing what with Roma and Lazio both slipping this weekend, giving Napoli a chance to pull closer to the sides ahead of them in the table.

The bigger news, though, is this: Lorenzo Insigne is starting! This is his first start since his knee injury in November, coming off the heels of a very good half hour on the pitch against Wolfsburg. This is a huge moment for him, and hopefully he's rewarded with a goal or five.

Cagliari: Brkic, Balzano, Rossettini, Ceppitelli, Avelar, Ekdal, Conti, Dessena, Farias, Sau, Mpoku

Napoli: Andujar; Maggio, Albiol, Koulibaly, Strinic; Jorginho, Gargano; Callejon, Hamsik, Insigne; Higuain
