Celebrate the good times, ladies and gentlemen, because Lorenzo Insigne is back.
The Italian forward is, finally, back in the matchday squad as Napoli prepare to face Hellas Verona, and his presence is gladly welcomed. Insigne has been badly missed in the four months that he's been gone, and while we should hope that he's worked back in to things very slowly for the sake of his surgically-repaired knee, having him as an option again should help Napoli's attack.
Christian Maggio is also back in the squad after missing the last several matches with an injury, while several others are out with various knocks, niggles, aches, and in one case, a suspension. Henrique was sent off for a second yellow late in the match against Inter, so must sit this match out, while Kalidou Koulibaly, Ivan Strinic, and Walter Gargano sit out with various ailments. With central defense so thin - the only senior center backs available are Raul Albiol and Miguel Britos - Sebastiano Luperto has been summoned from the youth squad just in case he's needed.
The full 21 man matchday squad is listed below.
Goalkeepers: Rafael Cabral, Mariano Andujar, Roberto Colombo
