For those in need of translation, that tweet says that Manolo Gabbiadini will be out tonight with a muscular injury likely picked up in training. Hopefully he's not going to be out too long because yikes this is bad news.
That means we'll likely see Jose Callejon and Jonathan De Guzman start today with Dries Mertens held in reserve as an impact sub. It'd be nice to see Mertens from the start, but he's already started two straight matches and three of the last four, and we've seen before that he just doesn't function well when overused.
Napoli haven't yet indicated long Gabbiadini will be out. Hopefully this is just a minor issue that won't keep him out for long, because he's been the club's best forward since he arrived. Please don't be super-broken, Gabbi.
