Napoli v. Juventus: Lineups and Match Thread

Grab your paper bags and start breathing now.

Claudio Villa

There's no real surprises in the lineups today. Both sides have gone with as strong a squad as they possibly can, setting up what will hopefully be a slugging match of the ages. Henrique Buss gets the nod at right back over Anthony Reveillere, which could backfire, but it's not like there's a good option there right now.

I don't have to tell you this will be a tough match. Juventus is top of the league by a wide margin for a reason. Even being at home, Napoli will have a hill to climb from the very start, but in general they've been impressive in these types of circumstances. If you're the drinking-to-ease-the-stress type, now might be the time to start. Or half an hour ago. Either way.

Napoli: Reina; Henrique, Fernandez, Albiol, Ghoulam; Inler, Jorginho; Insigne, Hamsik, Callejòn; Higuain

Juventus: Buffon; Caceres, Bonucci, Chiellini; Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah; Osvaldo, Llorente

The match will start shortly at 8:45 PM CET/2:45 PM EST. Television coverage will be on Sky Calcio 1 in Italy, BT Sport 1 in the UK, and beIN Sports in America.
