It's match time!
Napoli host BSC Young Boys in the Europa League as they try to overturn a 2-0 result in Switzerland. These are two of the three teams tied atop the group, and this match could go a long ways towards influencing the end result.
Rafa has, as promised, rotated the side fairly heavily. Walter Gargano starts in midfield as expected, alongside Gokhan Inler and behind Jonathan De Guzman, filling in for the ill Marek Hamsik. Jose Callejon finally gets a rest, as the rare combo start for Lorenzo Insigne and Dries Mertens, who will support Duvan Zapata at striker.
Miguel Britos gets another ill-fated start at left back, with Henrique getting a rare nod in the middle and Giandomenico Mesto gets his first start of the season. It's a patchwork back line, so hopefully Kalidou Koulibaly and Rafael Cabral are on their games today.
Match Preview
For their part, Young Boys appear to be set up defensively, with what looks like a bunkering 4-5-1 type of formation. They've been leaking goals of late, and this squad looks like not doing more of that is their focus. With Hoarau up top and Nuzzolo and Steffen on the wings, though, Napoli will still have to be quite careful against the counter-attack, and if it's close late Yuya Kubo could be quite the impact sub.
