As Napoli prepare to face Roma, figuring out the best side that can be put out on the pitch will be key. The first step to that is figuring out who's available, and when it comes to that Napoli have gotten a bit of a surprise this weekend.
Walter Gargano, who literally broke his face just two weeks ago, has been deemed healthy enough to be included in the matchday squad, despite initial reports that he would be out for at least three weeks, and more likely at least four. Obviously his healing is going better than expected, although he'll probably still be wearing a protective mask for awhile to help make sure that further damage isn't caused.
It's unclear just what the extent of Gargano's availability is for the time being. It seems most likely he'd just be available as a substitute for now, though given how much Rafa has favored the Uruguayan midfielder this season, that's hardly a certainty. Hopefully, though, Rafa decides not to break up the Jorginho-Lopez double pivot that did so many good things against Hellas Verona.
Michu is also available again, after missing out against Atalanta with what was later reported as an ankle injury.
