Napoli will have one less player taking part in this international match window than expected: Walter Gargano asked for and was granted permission to stay with the club rather than join the Uruguay squad for a pair of friendlies.
Gargano asked the Uruguain Federation to stay in Napoli for his personal training with the squad, missing the friendlies against Saudi Arabia and Oman.

This isn't something you see very often, especially since it was initially reported last week that he had accepted the callup. Perhaps he found out that Oscar Tabarez wasn't planning on using him much, and he preferred to stay in Naples and be productive rather than watch from the bench as Uruguay thrash two teams who don't stand a chance.
This leaves Napoli with eight players who will be with various international squads, after Gokhan Inler was finally called up to the Swiss national team late last week.
