Federico Fernández is now a Swansea City player, having been photographed holding a Swans kit, and getting the official send-off from the Napoli twitter account:

Aurelio De Laurentiis has yet to weigh in, however, so perhaps it's not totally official?
The Argentine picks up a four-year deal at his new club, and although the fee hasn't been disclosed, it's thought Swansea paid around €10m for the defender.
Of course, this leaves Napoli weaker at the back, a prospect that constantly strikes fear in the heart of supporters. Does this mean rumors of another signing could turn out to be true? Or will Rafa Benítez have to make do with a rather thin squad, while competing on three fronts?
It's a curious move for the partenopei, particularly after Fernández seemed much improved after last season. But he was likely to be more of a squad player than a consistent starter, so he's likely hoping the Swans will provide more playing time.
Best of luck, Federico!
