Happy Valentines Day if you're in to that sort of thing. Happy Saturday if you're not.

The lineup from Napoli is more or less as expected, with Manolo Gabbiadini rested for the Europa match midweek and Dries Mertens suspended. More surprising, though, is that Kalidou Koulibaly has been rested alongside them, with Miguel Britos stepping in to the lineup in his place. With Paulo Dybala and Franco Vazquez in Palermo's lineup, that seems... risky.

Ivan Strinic also gets the nod at left back today, with Faouzi Ghoulam on Europa League duty since the Croatian is cup-tied for that competition. We also get to see more Jorginho in midfield again, which is always a delight.

Palermo: Sorrentino; Rispoli, Andelkovic, Terzi, Lazaar; Bolzoni, Rigoni, Barreto; Quaison, Vazquez; Dybala

Napoli: Rafael; Maggio, Albiol, Britos, Strinic; Jorginho, David Lopez; Callejon, Hamsik, De Guzman; Higuain
