Napoli are in Verona to face Chievo, and we'll all be hoping that daylight savings has the effing Flying Donkeys not quite ready for takeoff. Other league results haven't quite gone Napoli's way, but they can still pull into second place with a win.
A win here also carries a bit of extra weight and meaning for Napoli -- while Napoli have been impressive over the last six weeks, they've struggled to beat the so-called "provincial" teams of Serie A over the last far-too-many years, including this season. That combined with Chievo having been better this season than in their past few makes this a nervy match for fans to approach -- we all hope that Napoli's strong form will see them through, but we all dread that Napoli will, well, pull a Napoli and drop points in their umpteenth flat performance against a "lesser" team.
Please don't do that, Napoli. In fact, this feels like a very good day for a 5-0 win.
